Hello,
I bought a piece of land, at the bottom of this piece of land is a river (the magel in Mollkirch), I plan to install a small turbine to provide me with some electricity. I have 600L / S as well as 10L / S during the low water period. I only have a small drop on my field bridge (less than 2 M). However, I am lucky to have a hard cabin nearby to install the electrical equipment. What do you think is possible to install? A fall is essential or is it enough to divert water? thank you so much

Hi nonosch
your elevation is really small ...
I wonder if a wheel above with a diameter of just under 2m would not be the most simple and effective.
After, you can try a Banki Mitchell, but the usable height will be very low (the water intake and drainage will eat easily 50 cm) and it is much more expensive to build ...

A)
Limitation to 10MB max / file.
And 10MB for an image is already HUGE!
Anyway the server resizes to 640px wide, so better to reduce before not uploading kb "for nothing" ...
B) My answer to your same question on the other subject:

If you manage to climb a 2m dam you will have what to do!

Yes do not laugh with that, hence my question ...
You have to see how the stream is classified and if it belongs to you 100% ...
We have almost the same hydraulic configuration:
Something over the water, I tried but it will not produce much, see:

(but I put the project on hold for other reasons)

Hello,
Yes almost the same configuration. If I build a dam of 2M I could therefore provide myself with roughly for a house? Otherwise I can see with my neighbor for meter a penstock to the top of his land right ?! can a penstock that goes up a river go up in a zig-zag? I am in the process of taking the steps for a water right has anyone ever tried to have such a right, is it complicated?
Thanks for your help
