Lamp that no longer consumes from a certain time
Hello, a friend who lives in Germany offered me lamps which according to him say do not consume after a certain time when they are lit (more precisely when they are hot). It is true that we did not write on the box - 80%. But the rest is going away so I understand nothing. the brands are: Müller-Licht and Klimmabox

Hello !
I have already seen this kind of lamp. I don't know what's inside, but it's certainly very polluting ... can you give us more information on its composition? [if indicated on packaging]
[it does not consume after a certain time, but it consumes a lot before to store energy, necessarily. ]
