The 15MW are reached.

I have also read that for the Norman fleet of 1000MW for which EDF Renewables has just won the AO, machines of more than 20MW (not currently available) were considered. There are 5 to 6 years of studies and permitting between now and the final investment decision (and therefore the orders for the machines), so this is their vision of the future progression of unit powers.
