What do you think of this horizontal self-directional domestic wind turbine with 3D blades which would have a higher output even in weak wind?
Thank you

It looks very serious, studied and very attractive, with the blades in chistera !!
the windtronic too:

The turbolian:

And this one:

very attractive and with a desire for seriousness !!
Better than nuclear to buy if you have wind like the mistral and accommodating neighbors !!

But it's that I'm interested in all that!
Which is more interesting?
The windtronics could be self-built!
It looks like a bike wheel to which we would have added blades between the spokes!
Besides, in this regard, a very simple bicycle wheel turns by itself under the effect of the slightest breeze!
Why didn't we think about it earlier

The reclaimed bicycle rims (with missing spokes and bicycle chain on alternator) with a few DIY blades attached to them, flexible to bend in strong winds, will work well at the top of the trees, if we do not look too much at the performance in place taken, but that of the energy obtained divided by the sum invested !!

Hi netshaman
To add
that the magnets are stuck on the rim
which allows the dynamo to operate
with good efficiency (2 to 3 m / S) with the advantage that there is no braking due to the gears
and at low speed 0,8 km / h without gear
(a good performance of a dynamo occurs when the displacement of the magnet is 2 to 3 m / S)
if we go back to the 1,70m diameter windtronics
it only takes 1/2 turn / second for the peripheral magnets to be 2,5 m / S - always without gears
This process is applicable to many systems
especially too slow
like a tidal wheel for example,
for a running current of 1 or 3 m / S
so ,
your magnets will move at the same speed as the current and
your dynamo will have a correct output,
without gear :-)
