On this sunny Easter Sunday, nuclear production was 38200MW at 12:00 p.m., 31700 at 16:00 p.m. (-20% approximately), and 38115MW at 18:45 p.m.

production had to be reduced, probably because of photovoltaics in germany.

at 15 p.m. RTE indicates a derisory cost on the spot market of 0.1 euro per MWh in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria and France.

Certainly, and not only in Germany. But the subject is the flexibility of nuclear power, in the technical sense. The questions of marginal tariffs on the markets are another subject, not directly related to nuclear power.
