I think we should not expect much from the state ...
It is up to the consumer to make his choice, no longer just dictated by his wallet.

State premiums are there to drive up prices and thus control the expansion of the market (not to say curb it!)!

Why do the premiums only concern the most expensive solar water heaters ...? I think it's because they are just overcharged!

The problem is that without political encouragement, renewable energies will not develop sufficiently, the price of electricity by ENR (see solar) being bought by EDF at higher costs than that of the conventional nuclear industry.

The problem is that it is the industrialists who influence (very strongly) on political decisions ... Pkoi oil is legalized in Germany? Because they have no national oil company ... No need to go further by arguing a stronger political or popular will ...
