this boiler is more efficient, much more airtight, the final exchanger recovers the last calories from the outlet gases, the t ° c of the fumes are equal to the temperature of return of water to the boiler.

poly combustible spray pot
Hello friends, I am resurfacing here because I am finalizing a TBT hot water boiler for my underfloor heating. I did a lot of testing with various pots of growing size! I recovered a copper exchanger from a THEMIS 223 boiler with scrap metal (23 kw gas). I will share my power measurements with you very soon. Measurement of water flow, delta T, weight of fuel consumed, etc ... and of course photos and plans ...

I take advantage that danielj sent this post up to respond to paodooo, regarding feedback.
I posted a photo of the stove on another post, but it's true that I was not very locative. here is the post in question: https://www.econologie.com/forums/poele-a-hu ... 44-20.html
So it works really well. With a consumption of 1L / H to 1,5L / H, it really depots, by current temperatures I heat my 100m² just with that, without worries.
What's great is that I use a little rotten recovery oil, the one I don't use in my car because it freezes in the tank (palm oil). It always hurts my heart to throw it away, and thanks to the oil stove I have almost no fat waste, everything goes .... And without filtration please. I recommend this system.

poly combustible spray pot
Hello, the advantage of the air injection system is that the combustion is perfect and without odors or pollution, with an almost perfect performance ... My system is improved thanks to a trick that allows automatic starting and stopping! And it burns anything! see you soon for the images, I need time to do them ...
