which torque is obtained by an F of 35 daN at the end of a lever arm of 10 Cm
what power do we get at 10 rpm

It is not a couple, but a moment M (I nitpick) ...
M = 350 x 0.1 = 35 Nm

Omega = 10 x 2Pi / 60 = 1,05 rad / s

Power = M Omega = 36,65 W
