Comparison of electricity prices in the EU
I haven't checked, I don't know when this card is from, in France the increase would be capped until 2023 but the price seems to me 10x higher than last year (so it would be in the most expensive?) If anyone have an updated map?

Source? no explanation?

A priori it is a recent map of wholesale market prices, but when? For the next day, for in a month, for the next quarter or the next year?

: Arrowd: Map updated in real time, here is the latest one just now : Arrowd: (source the different operators?)
EDIT: compilation of sources by country.

This one : Arrowd: will not help immediately, and renewables do not currently solve the dilemma of the “load factor”
But very interesting with regard to the security of the energy supply to come in the medium term

Start by publishing the source of this map. There is certainly a caption or even some comments? Usually this is the case....
As you tell us that it is updated in real time, give us the link, it will be the easiest.

EDF has a little trouble getting through the winter

EDF has rather a lot of trouble getting through the winter :(

Wholesale electricity prices for 2023 broke a record for France on Friday. reaching more than 1000 euros per megawatt/hour (MWh), compared to around 85 euros per MWh a year ago. Gas prices for their part evolved this week at historic levels, more seen since the start of the Russian invasion in Ukraine, i.e. more than 300 euros per MWh. "For the most modest households, there will be energy checks which will help those who are most in difficulty to pay their energy bills", added Bruno Le Maire.

"We don't want inflation to translate into economic brutality for French households," the minister said. “We want it to be soft, bearable, contained”, he hammered, adding that the effects of inflation for the population should be “smoothed out over time”. However, he warned that this surge could not be eternally cashed in by public finances: "that does not mean that we can block everything ad vitam aeternam", he warned.
