Mmmmm ... Yes ...
Finally good ... The best is to try, to try something at home to realize and understand.
Indeed the solar deposit is more important in July than in January in our latitudes (it is a half surprise).
Electricity consumption is also higher in January than in July ... A priori ... Provided that one seeks to heat one's home with electricity and that one does not seek to cool in summer.
Then there is hot water, light, ventilation, production of cold (fridge, freezer) ... Etc
All this is to be measured, understood ...
A priori ... A priori ... A priori ...

All values are available on the web at least for Europe by searching a little. Even forgetting France which is actually a little atypical. There is nothing to measure or apprehend, it is already done and available.

The first nuclear reactor in Fessenheim will be shut down on February 22, confirms Edouard Philippe
New Factory 15/01/2020
The timetable for the closure of the oldest nuclear power plant in France, at Fessenheim in the Haut-Rhin, was confirmed by Edouard Philippe on January 15. EDF signed with the State at the end of September 2019 a compensation protocol for early closure, while the reconversion is taking shape.
As part of a speech made from the Elysee Palace on the climate plan, the Prime Minister, Édouard Philippe detailed on January 15 the timetable for the closure of the Fessenheim nuclear power plant (Haut-Rhin). "Promised for eight years, this decision will become reality in a month with the shutdown of the first reactor on February 22," he announced. "The first half of the year will be marked by the implementation of the Climate Plan. It is this government which will take the decision to close the oldest operating nuclear power station: Fessenheim."

Yepiiiiiiiiiiii!
The second will follow (in June).
And, it should be noted, many of them are sorry. Unions. Locally elected. Spoiled local populations (too much) from the revenues of a power plant (taxes) ... This shows how complex the situations are.
