I note this comment (not verified, but...):
“Curiously” Russian crude is delivered mainly to cities with large ports... (eh-eh-eh)
Russian crude oil has the particularity of being able to refine large quantities of diesel... it's almost 50% of world production... But all industries, construction vehicles and ships need this crude... Arab light produces little diesel.

But noooo "We" don't care about our faces:
WARNING: This is probably, undoubtedly Russophobic propaganda.
https://www.lemonde.fr/international/ar ... _3210.htmlHow TotalEnergies gas is fueling Russian fighter jets in Ukraine
The French oil group is the only one among its peers to continue its activity in Russia. It receives income from the sale of gas condensate which, once transformed into kerosene, refuels Russian planes bombing Ukraine.
In Russia, TotalEnergies not only exports gas to Europe, as it often explains to justify its presence there. The French oil giant operates, with its local partner Novatek, a field from which are extracted gas condensates, a liquid hydrocarbon which, once transformed into kerosene, is used to refuel Russian combat planes engaged in the war in Ukraine. Terneftegaz, which operates this deposit, is 49% owned by TotalEnergies and 51% by Novatek.
Thanks to information compiled by the NGO Global Witness and obtained from the financial database Refinitiv, owned by the London Stock Exchange, Le Monde was able to trace the supply chain that leads from the gas field of Termokarstovoye, in Siberia, up to two military airbases (Morozovskaya and Malchevo) each housing a squadron of multirole combat aircraft. These squads are accused by Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch of having struck the Ukrainian civilian population, in particular the bombardment of the Mariupol Theater, which would have caused the death of around 600 people, on March 16, 2022. A “proven war crime “, according to Amnesty International.
WARNING: This is probably, undoubtedly Russophobic propaganda.

Nah, mockery too easy... (try again...)
I will help you... The answer was in the question.
Countries with ports where there are large refineries:
Italy > Livorno,
Turkey > Tupras,
Greece > Thessaloniki,
Croatia > Rijeka,
And there are the Russian ships “not monitored by Bloomberg”,
So your table => trash?

Well no... it matches your list.
And it is NOT surprising that oil tankers go to ports where there is... oil infrastructure (Hold, hold, hold).

More twisted pure crude!
Well then in this case you have to take ALL the tables concerning the deliveries of Russian crude in Europe...
And don't let people believe that there are only these 4 countries, well, well, well.
So "Ma" list (which was not mine) was longer than your table....
(unless it was negligence and incompetence? In which case I apologize)

Stop your circus for a bit!
Personally, I find it very interesting that Obamot discovered and highlighted this particular point.
Honestly, who had noticed that the oil ports were often associated, by the greatest chance, with a more or less close refinery?

For now, there is no hypocrisy in view of the information above.
" Q1: What is included in the EU sanctions package?
A1: On June 3, the European Union adopted a sixth package of sanctions, including a partial embargo on Russian oil. The sanctions will ban seaborne imports of Russian crude oil as of December 5, 2022, and ban petroleum product imports as of February 5, 2023."
