It's in Russia.

And with them will take years to understand what really happened.

And as it is around military projects, if it finds it is only in 50 years that we will know.

If ... because it would be a nuclear propulsion system that exploded ... that uses radioactive nuclear fuel ... that has been dispersed in the air.
