Possible...yes...I'm not sure, but hey.
Rail is already underway, and has been for a while.
The splitting of the railways into several companies, the network, the freight...etc.
The closing of so-called non-profitable lines, to bet everything on high-speed lines (overpriced) (doubtful profitability, prestige of local elected officials), the disintegration of the so-called and now "secondary" network, the abandonment of certain local services and the deconstruction of an entire network for lack of maintenance. Not to mention the freight which is almost moribund.
And now that we realize that we have to bet on the rail to fight against co2 emissions... well, we're like idiots. ,And the race for profitability paradoxically risks costing us extremely dearly.
While there too, we had a great tool.
Again, it's been decades since this tumble began... Nobody reacted (or much too late.)

"clouds" over the start of the EPR, how poetic
But we will have Mr Simple who will come and ask me if I have figures to justify the EPR fiasco and say that my criticisms are only based on unfounded hatred of the powers in place...

It's all the more "funny" because Mr Simplet asks for sources, but provides none reliable. But we will have Mr Simple who will come and ask me if I have figures to justify the EPR fiasco and that my criticisms are only based on an unfounded hatred of the powers in place...
