2) There is also that once everyone is full, we do not go back the next day! It was not possible, mathematically, for the regions concerned to consume 3 times more, in a sustainable way!

3) Yes, strategic stocks have been used, but above all to bring the delivery points closer to the stations: there is a much better network of strategic deposits than ordinary deposits, often linked to refineries (or former closed refineries). Trucks rotate faster ...
