Following the Fukushima disaster, there is a strong demand for candles in Japan (source NHK World):

That's it Japan has just gone up to level 7 the nuclear disaster, the same level as Chernobyl!

Ouch! As you would expect ... : Shock: :| :| :|

The goal is obvious: first the stupor of accidents, then prepare opinion little by little, to kill in the bud "as best as possible", the legitimate "spirit of revolt ”.

Yet we were only a few to fear the worst!

But do not worry because our elected officials and our guys from the nuke say that it is not dangerous! : Evil:

Yes, the famous strontium 90 with a radioactivity of 5,18 terabecquerels per gram, great!

And the biouman? When do they arrive?
:D

Back on 1 month of cover-ups ... sorry for communication errors in the world: http://www.lemonde.fr/japon/article/201 ... 92975.html

March 11. "A risk of limited radioactive leakage." As the first images of the earthquake tour the world, no one has their eyes set on Fukushima yet. The Japanese government reported earlier a "risk of limited radioactive leakage" following a failure of the cooling system of a reactor at this plant

12th of March. Evacuation within 10 km. An explosion takes place at the Fukushima nuclear power plant. The first reports of high levels of radioactivity around the site were echoed in the press. A level of radioactivity 1 times higher than normal was detected in the control room of reactor number 000 of Fukushima Dai-Ichi, announces the news agency Kyodo, citing a safety commission. Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan asks residents to evacuate within 1 kilometers of the site, but denies the figures put forward by Kyodo.

At the time, Japanese public opinion remained broadly in solidarity with the government and protested against the sensationalism and the exaggerated alarmism of the foreign press.

March 14. New explosion: possibility of a "low" particle rejection. As a new explosion shakes the already damaged power station, Yukio Edano, the government spokesman, hastens to announce that the possibility of a "release of radioactive particles is low".

March 19. First fears around the water. Radioactive iodine is detected in tap water to Tokyo. The inhabitants are informed that it is only dangerous for infants. Most of them do not want to panic.

March 21st. Spinach is "not dangerous for health". "Contaminated" food, mainly leafy vegetables, such as spinach, is withdrawn from the market. However, the government announces in a contradictory manner that their consumption is not "not dangerous for health".

Angry at the lack of information concerning the risks linked to food consumption, air and water quality, the Japanese are starting to criticize the press, especially on Twitter.

March 24. Drinking water again. The water is passed "below the consumable threshold for babies", announces the government. Tokyo Governor Shintaro Ishihara goes to a water purification center and pours himself a drink in front of the cameras, to prove that the water is not dangerous to health. Tokyoites always stock up on bottled water, which is starting to be scarce in supermarkets.

March 26. "We will have to review the management of Tepco." Accused of being part of the nuclear lobby and of not being tough enough with the operator Tepco, the Japanese Minister of the Economy accepts lip service that "when the crisis situation has been brought under control, we will have to examine the management of Tepco ". But the communication errors will continue. Very high levels of radioactive iodine are detected at sea, despite repeated announcements from Tepco and the government on the absence of danger.

March, 31st. Residents of Fukushima "can rest easy." Tokyo still refuses to expand the exclusion zone, despite alarming radioactivity measurements carried out by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and Greenpeace. "I do not think this is something that would require such action," said government spokesman Yukio Edano. Residents "can be at ease," adds an official from the Japanese Nuclear Safety Agency, an official body. However, the government still says it is "on high alert".

April 7. Onagawa power plant: water leaks or tipping? Japan is hit by a new earthquake, which will kill four people. We learn that the Onagawa plant, further north, has been affected. Tepco announces water leaks, which gives rise to new concerns. We learn later that it is not a question of leaks but of a tilting of the overflow of "weakly radioactive" water above the tank following the tremors - a less serious scenario.

The government is lifting bans on fresh produce from around Fukushima, while several countries have stopped or severely restricted the import of agricultural products from Japan.

April 11. Public apologies from Tepco. The government is expanding, under pressure, the exclusion zone to 30 kilometers around the plant. Masataka Shimizu, the CEO of Tepco, is due to visit the region on Monday to apologize for the unrest caused to residents of Fukushima prefecture. It will be Mr. Shimizu's first public appearance since March 13. The CEO fell ill on March 16 and then took a week off work.

The most interesting thing is to know what happened in the days following 11 March.

1) Tepco officials, who were immediately aware of the major incident, preferred to spend three days trying to save their power plants than trying to cool the hearts of the reactors. This is what the RSR (Radio Suisse Romande) reveals this morning. The journalist indeed reveals that they could have immediately taken seawater to cool the reactors, but that they did not do it because they estimated that the corrosion which would not have failed to settling, went against their interests ...

2) They therefore knowingly - and with full knowledge of the facts - took all the totally reckless risks of nuclear explosions in catastrophic cascade! An even worse scenario than that of Chernobyl since multiplied by the number of reactors, which fortunately did not happen ...

3) As soon as the explosions, at least one official from Tepco and another from the government were aware of massive releases of radioactivity compatible with level 7 (by which mean that it was not only degassing explosions, the power plants had fired => out of control => inevitable fusion).

4) Thus they knowingly lied to the population, which was immediately contaminated in high doses in the five days following the disaster, leaving them to continue to supply themselves in fields polluted by nuclear power, not to mention the harvests made these days there, who went to the markets / supermarkets ... before the health controls were put in place (since the authorities wanted to be reassuring).

Morality: it is not only security which is the weak link but man above all! And the journalist to question the relevance of leaving crisis situations in the hands of irresponsible who act only for private interests, ready to make all sacrifices for money matters. And to remember that "civilian nuclear" remains military because of the opacity that reigns around! I found it well seen! :?

I think this is also the case for the International Criminal Court, since these people damage the personality and physical integrity of victims across borders.

Mhmmmm ..... On March 15th, Naoto Kan declares in public: "We have to consider the worst case scenario, where half of Japan will be destroyed.".

This info was completely ignored by the French press, including Le Monde. Here, it's on the Mainichi Shimbun from March 15:

Following the nuclear disaster, the ruin of Japanese fishing is scheduled for the short term. Currently there is a real conflict emerging between the super powerful Japanese fishermen's union of Ikuhiro Hattori and TEPCO and the government. Ditto among farmers who saw their sales collapse and their products banned in China and Korea. Besides the power of these unions, TEPCO and the government weigh nothing.

Not a word about it in the World.
