Hello
the rare surgeons who only earn € 7000; are hospitaliers at the start of their careers; so it is the hospital that provides them
€ 7000 is an average general practitioner, a surgeon you add a 1 in front and I'm not talking about the income of radiologists !!! that makes you believe in gag.
I was born in this environment and it makes me feel more and more !!!!!

PS: you elected a dictator, do not come to complain now; I am packing my bags to emigrate.

Hello
Yes, I too pack my bags, I'm going to Libya with Zac, we should be seen there.
But first I make a veterinary certificate to certify that I have AIDS
Sarkozy Identification Ddictatorship Aused
But if it continues I will rather find myself in Cayenne!
The world is crazy, the dictators are regrouping, the American "" president "has even been jealous of his Iraqi counterpart!

Less consumption is good
Less pollution is already a great result

I will put my feet in the dish (and refocus a little on the subject), but in what does Libya need a nuclear reactor to desalinate water? Except to please Areva, of course!
For me, if you stick seawater in a container well designed in the sun, the water evaporates and the salt remains. It suffices to provide a vapor recovery system (by condensation on a plate for example) to obtain unsalted water.
A small diagram is better than a long speech, that's basically what I'm thinking:
All you have to do is transfer the salt from time to time from the lower tank and voila: there is salt at the bottom and fresh water at the top.

All done with you Targol
I would just like to make a small parallel on another case in the same genre.
By looking for information on what France is doing or has done in nuclear cooperation,
I came across the Iranian nuclear program in Wikipedia.
A paragraph surprised me:
After the 1979 revolution [edit]
After the Iranian revolution, Iran informed the IAEA of its plans to resume its nuclear program, using enriched nuclear fuel in Iran. In 1983, the IAEA even planned to provide assistance to Iran as part of a technical assistance program. An IAEA report clearly stated that its aim was "to contribute to the training of local expertise and the manpower necessary to support an ambitious program in the field of nuclear reactor technology and the life cycle combustible ". However, the IAEA was forced to terminate this program under American pressure8. The Iranian revolution marked a decisive point in terms of foreign cooperation on nuclear technology.
After 1979, another result of the revolution was France's refusal to supply enriched uranium to Iran. Iran was also unable to endorse its investment in Eurodif, a public limited company which had been founded in 1973 by France, Belgium, Spain and Sweden. In 1975, Sweden's 10% share in Eurodif had reached Iran following an agreement between France and Iran. The nationalized French company Cogéma and the Iranian government then founded Sofidif (Franco-Iranian company for the enrichment of uranium by gas diffusion), having respectively 60% and 40% of the shares. In return, Sofidif acquired a 25% share in Eurodif, which gave Iran its 10% share in Eurodif. Reza Shah Pahlavi loaned one billion US dollars (and another 180 million US $ in 1977) for the construction of the Eurodif factory, in order to have the right to buy 10% of the production of enriched uranium from the site .

I agree with the anger of gegyx page 1 and I think he hit the nail on the head.

Well I have already thought a little bit about such a system and it seems to me that it is not so simple ... because to condense you need a "cold" surface ... but on your diagram it is the condensation surface is a priori the hottest ...
It would therefore be necessary to bury (or put under water in the case of a floating system) the "condenser" part ... but in this case a "circulator" would be necessary (1 pc fan 12V connected to a small PV plate for example?)
So then play on the day / night cycle but in this case the production may be quite low ...
I am wrong?
In any case I do not understand that such systems do not exist ... worse, it seems that no prototype study has ever been developed ... well I never came across it personally ...

A small supplement on the compensation for the release of the Bulgarian nurses brought by the son Kadafi (taken from an article of the site the Monde.fr:
Finally, we were afraid that France would deliver a nuclear power plant to the Libyans. It’s much better, we’ll deliver arms factories directly to them

Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi wrote:As for the armament and defense agreements which were the subject of discussions between Paris and Tripoli, he seems to pay much more attention to them than to the question of the supply by France of a nuclear power station to Libya. . Such a central "is not essential for Libya", slips Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi with a detached air. "We have hydrocarbons ... The decision to acquire a nuclear power station would allow us to export electricity ... to Italy in particular" he adds, without dwelling on the possibilities of water desalination. of sea, however much mentioned in Paris.
The heart of the matter, between Paris and Tripoli, is therefore the military affair. What does it consist of? "First, the agreement covers joint military exercises, of course. Then, we are going to buy Milan anti-tank missiles from France, to the tune of 100 million euros I think. Then there is a manufacturing project. weapons, for the maintenance and production of military equipment. You know that this is the first agreement for the supply of arms by a Western country to Libya? ", he rejoices.
