Hi everybody

the “greenpower” detects the drop in intensity and your decoders, amplifiers, DVD players… are automatically switched off

I don't think so, there are much cheaper ones, and it's far from new, or else I'm missing something.

Here is a slightly simpler example:

that should be it
"Manages the switching on and off of peripherals"
automatic it seems to me (since no individual switch)

Ok, I just read the description in detail, they just pushed the thing a little further.

At the price at which it offers it is currently not interesting.
When they go for the same price as a simple master slave, it will be interesting.
Because basically cutting off the power of the master already on standby, it will save 3W more than a master-slave beast. Over 2-3 years it will not reach 120 €

Hi Christophe
To summarize ,
it only serves to not forget to turn off its peripherals,
when the PC goes to sleep.

no wonder I didn't understand :-D
1. I don't often go to sleep
2. What if. . . my devices have been off for a long time
and even that they were not connected to the sector.
maybe tomorrow we will have a computer with mini home automation system that will send and cut the sector on demand. it's not very complicated

I found that ! Remote control multiple sockets by USB 52€

more expensive, but fully controllable.

http://www.mecastronic.com/domotique.htm
Functions offered by the management software:
- Switching on or off of each outlet from the control window;
- Switching on or off of each socket in connection with a time schedule
- Switching on or off of each socket in connection with an event
- The unit can be controlled by all PCs on a network (name and network resource)
- Pre-programming of an hourly scenario that will work even when the PC is off.
- Tension control
even works PC off

Not to mention reliability ... not sure that the system will last long enough to hope to be amortized econologically ...

I think this: https://www.econologie.com/shop/multipri ... -p-60.html

... is much more economical ... just don't forget to think about switches ...
