The small plastic case would not be a Klyxon relay that is used to start the engine on the first winding and then transfer to the normal winding?

I got inspired but without success.
That said the two circuits that power the rotor and the stator are independent so I do not see how the current can pass.
Unless you bridge a stator input with a rotor input and feed as on the shema ????

That's right.
however, I could not find both speeds.
I managed to reverse the direction, but it seems to me that it turns in spin speed whatever the combinations.
Anyway, I have to put a dimmer, so ...
