Indeed but the analogy is very soft ... very slight what.

A broad analogy would give this kind of results: http://www.google.fr/images?q=mont%20sa ... =fr&tab=wi

I don't know how you manage to get a result in a few ms ... I tried with several 'tofs that I know which appear in several places on the woueb, but I still have "0" results!
I downloaded the add-ons but it's no better. I made him look for two different places in forums, or there was the same image ... and he did not find them ...!

For the app, they had a Pécé that turned 24/24 to do the job, but it was very effective from what I had read. I don't have a URL, I will have to ask our former network specialist on the radio who worked for Infomaniak and who had developed this (maybe you can ask them directly, they were the ones who had this software they seemed to be happy):
http://infomaniak.ch/

... but it was almost ten years ago! At the time they had servers at the Cornavin station and had a video-shop, they also sold all kinds of computer equipment in Carouge .... Since the microinformatics sales branch went bankrupt and they only do more accommodation ...

Re: Photo / Face Analyzer on Picasa Google

Christophe wrote:It may be a function that has been around for a while, but I just discovered it: Picasa (3.8) has an image / face analyzer that allows you to automatically classify photos of people by putting a name on their faces.

I tested and it works pretty well once we have determined a few photos, 90% of the others are well analyzed.

...

After yes I already hear some: beeeeeeeuh it's copying ... well yes but good enough to configure your firewall it blocks picasa and not to put the real names on the faces ...

Precisely, 2 or 3 years ago, I installed Pique_assiète, to see what gave this photo viewer software etc ... When I saw all the functionalities, it seemed ... suspect. Chui went to see my firewall and I blocked the piqueassiète internet outlets .... and as luck would have it no more Pique_assiète functionality worked ... So, I unpacked this big stew which is shit rummaging pants.

We can now, recently, drag and drop photos / images into google images for similarity analysis: http://www.google.fr/imghp?hl=fr&tab=ii
