the only way to know the charge remaining in a battery is to discharge it very slowly by recording the current that goes out to count ampere hours

if we discharge too empty, it seems empty before being really empty ... and when we leave the battery quiet, the next day it still has a little energy to empty and we can believe that it has recharged any alone

you want to buy a charger: mefie you the multitude of charger that do not stop automatically at the end of charge ... it was good for NiCd that supported a load overload slow ... it's the disaster for NiMh that do not support even slow overload

it is therefore necessary to have an automatic stop charger: it is always a fast charge because the automatic stop is not possible in slow charge

do not buy the chargers that load the 2 batteries by 2 ... it's unusable when you have 3 accu to load ... it's unusable when you have 2 charged accu whose discharge state is different

in the super market I see only a bad charger

only LIDL and ALDI regularly sell good chargers to 10 or 15 euro

Thanks for the advice!

I actually thought to take a charger with automatic shutdown.

I find this one on Amazon.
SONY charger with security stop + 4xAA 2500mAh + 2xAAA 900mAh for 15 € what do you say?

Nothing clearly indicates whether he can charge the batteries to the unit :?

I agree with chatelot16 to say that this is an essential function.

I personally use thereof. A little more expensive, but it is quickly found on the life of the batteries.

it is better to order the LIDL in germany

I bought it when it was in store promotion ... it works really well ... it loads up to 6 accu at once: fast charge, then switch to a slow load of maintenance allowing to leave in the battery device that we want to keep available well full

when you put batteries that have not been used for a long time, it does a precharge cycle to wake them up, before starting the fast charge

Gaston, it looks interesting but I do not put 40 € on a charger.
Just because I will not have an intensive use of it.

Well, I think I'm going to LIDL.
No worries with them at the level of chatelot deliveries?

Their chargers are surely good, but I would not say as much of their battery.

And then there is all that for sale on the boutikeu:

obamot you are right, there is no way to order from france to lidl germany

there is a lidl site in france, but without possibility of order

there is only one loader on the econology site, but which only loads by 2 or 4
