So what?

The principle is the same: do not reveal your defense strategy ... it avoids getting smashed more easily!

Me, to avoid "data loss" from Facebook or Tweeter, I have neither ... nor Tik Tok, Instagram or other "modern" bullshit of that kind. Neither do I have a Cloud, the most insecure thing that can be. : Mrgreen:

Just link Firefox to a Cloud account and everything is done in seconds on a new machine!
There are equivalents for Chrome (gmail account) and for Edge (MS group account: hotmail, live ...) of course ...
Firefox, I got fed up, updates too often, delaying opening for tens of minutes, I had no SSD.
And then Edge has evolved a lot, especially for language translation.

With my new installation of win 10, I have onedrive, so I put the file on it and I sent myself an email with the address. On Android, you have to install a 50 MB app, plus a whole bunch of conditions to meet. In addition, the link is only available for 7 days, otherwise you have to subscribe to premium ... :x.
I looked at other hosts, same 7 days max.
In addition google and windows systematically associate our accounts with me and my wife. They're breaking our feet with these password stories.

I don't know the internet as well as you do.
I would need easy access to this file over the internet from any device.
Otherwise a cloud of less than 10MB would be enough for me to save my essential documents. : Wink:

And then Edge has evolved a lot, especially for language translation.<<< Edge is absolute SHIT, a dirty vacuum cleaner, filthy dung. I used it once: To download Firefox ... By the time I did it, I already had pox !!!

You must install O&O Shutup (my favorite) to lock Windows 10 as much as possible, which is an all-out spy nest!

I did not know that there was still ADSL 512 Kb / s. This is the disadvantage of living in the depths of the countryside. Or is your PC a 286 from the 80s?
