Ecological lift

by Bibiphoque » 11/04/08, 09:37

Hello,
A large elevator company had already for several years developed, patented and installed in its new installations as well as in certain modernizations an economical traction motor from the energy point of view.

Before, the specifications of the elevators required a three-phase arrival 380VAC 40A (changed to 415VAC since not very long in Belgium)
The proposed product is satisfied with an arrival 415VAC 16A.

The traction motor technology is not content with that, the reducer has disappeared!, No more need for oil which could spread and pollute and almost no friction losses. It is a direct traction with electronic speed variation which was made possible by the development of large IGBT transistors.
The technology of this type of motor also made it possible to do without the machine room, the compactness of the traction unit allowing it to be placed in the elevator shaft behind the guide.

Not content with that, the firm in question has also recently decided to no longer deliver elevator cabs fitted with hallogen lighting, as was common practice, but automatically delivers LED lighting.
I think it deserved to be reported.

Ah no precisely, to take care of the econologite it is precisely necessary to have a breakdown of Internet :)

Personally, I believe that I am in a case of econologite in final stage, I will drag it all my life ... : Mrgreen:
