It is necessary to request the opening of the accessibility of the data of the outlet because it is not made automatically, with each installation.

Yes but 90% of people do not yet have electronics ... but EDF / ERDF plans to change them by 2016 I believe ... Who will pay according to you? (200 € / meter approximately)

Here is the datasheet of a counter: https://www.econologie.com/les-compteurs ... -4026.html

: Arrow: Thanks for the data sheet. 8)
I had the one for the Landis & Gyr meter that I bought for the sub-metering of my EVs and it is not very intuitive ...
Several manufacturers supply EDF, but the operations are identical.
I discovered that the system used to count the number of openings of the leaded cover is counted by a magnet positioned under the said cover.

I would request access to remote information when connecting my PV installation to EDF.
In the meantime, I plan to connect directly, which will make my old man turn inside out. Banner wheel counter.

3 years ago I did research because I wanted a load shedder.
There were two types to choose from.
The former with the torus surrounding the incoming cable.
And the new one that plugs directly into the TV info socket.
My counter is a Schlumberger / Michaud / A14C4
https://www.econologie.info/share/partag ... MszVMl.pdf

But the C3-C4 output was not validated. We had to call a technician to modify it at home, pretending that we had a consumption measurement device. In principle it was free.
Tired of war, I bought a toroidal unloader (induction loop)

Since it's ERDF, there are no more pdf of this counter on the site ... : Evil:
But in this link:
http://www.cyberacteurs.org/forum/viewt ... 393cc66427
it seems to me to understand that the C3 / C4 terminal (tele-info) is no longer offered, but ...
But snooping around, still on the internet, I found a forum where we indicated
that meters fitted with the "C3-C4" contact, which EDF no longer installs, are on sale. Indeed, I spotted one on "Ebay" and bought it, for thirty euros.
