In this regard (of the assembly) I heard this morning that N ... (a famous manufacturer of mobile phones) had tested a charging system (power of the order of 5 mW) which used the energy of all radio radiation that surrounds us. (Probably thanks to an assembly of this kind)
I would point out personally that if you forget to unplug your charger from the outlet, there is no saving. But finally, as an idea to increase the autonomy of batteries, this seems to me well found.
