So let's hope that in the current total absence of court decisions, they will extend the poster campaign!
Thus the Independent Scientific Council could bring evidence of the harmfulness of vaccines to the court.
Which could hypothetically prevent any vaccination obligation on the basis of a court decision (as we understand)

Great, that's why they started the campaign...
It will therefore end in front of the judge...
When you will understand kek'choz...

Nah, I'm explaining to you how it works...
People are fed up they elect new deputies (legislative)
They make the laws (that's cool, sometimes when the groups make alliances, it doesn't go where the government would like)
Then you have the executive, which implements the laws. (you don't confuse with the visit to the shrink, huh...)
In the name of the separation of powers, in principle, judges are independent, but increasingly influenced by the executive. (See Ordinance No. 58-1270 of December 22, 1958)
So he won't laugh, he'll enforce the laws, and he'll refrain from compulsive sophistry... The fate is always uncertain.
For example, when you publish private messages without the consent of their author, it is criminal on several articles, in short let's move on)
Should I continue or did you understand? The CSI will present evidence, and we will see if we are still in a state of law!
But by the way, it's like your general attitude here, it doesn't really matter.
Everything is crystal clear and we don't give a damn about the steaks.

Everything also depends on the personal convictions of the judges, but despite everything they cannot abuse their privilege by flouting the existing laws.In the name of the separation of powers, in principle, judges are independent, but increasingly influenced by the executive. (See Ordinance No. 58-1270 of December 22, 1958)
Long live a trial to come!
In the meantime, the prefect's decision cannot be applied concerning free display or he would also have to ban all provaxx advertisements from vaccine merchants and their false information.
