Voice conference or online video on the web?

Does anyone know a free and fast web site voice communication system / system (see video)?

Ie an equivalent of skype or netmeeting but web version without having to install these programs?

As an alternative to skype, there is teamspeak, less heavy, but also requires a software at the "customer" ... and quite complicated to configure for the customer ...
