Think about taking smd technology lamps.

For the spectrum, take instead to the yellow, the hot.
The white leds are quite unpleasant.

Same opinion for SMD: I was blown away.

For warm white, I, depending on usage, find it a bit "soft" on the other hand and prefer medium white.

But indeed, cold white is quite icy, except for example to border a garden path, it has a "runway effect"! [maybe the Martians will land ??? It's humor, of course]
