I do not know many people who can benefit from KV,

The KV is done with an ordinary 4,5V battery on a choke (220V small transformer coil) by cutting the battery current manually, and a power LED. will not resist over a hundred microseconds !!

Basic assembly to make my children feel safe but informative about why we do not play with the 220V, (and also in a concrete course on the induction law, better assimilated as well) but also good an electric fence !!

If it is true that there is a lot of low quality LEDs there is also a respectable builder. As always when you pay in peanut you get monkeys.

Thank you for these many tests, at least it allows me to know what to avoid buying and see what is really worth it.

Small experience feedback with led bulb bought at pearl diffusion in March 2011 ... On purchased 24 bulbs..There are more than 3 valid..At hang well ..if you leave them in place (to look pretty on the chandelier) and well they continue to heat (so to consume electricity) even grilled ...

The 6 megaman bought on the econology store to replace the first ones who had grilled .. always light ...

The only thing safe in the future. It is that there may chance that it conforms to our expectations ...

FYI, my 4 Xanlite XxX bought in May 2010 still work all 4 8)
In this season, they run at least 1 in the morning and 5 in the evening ...

And the "noname" bought in supermarkets in 2011 also work : Mrgreen:

In the end, so I have not yet grilled any ...

Precision: they are 12V LEDs (the power supply is external).

CREE breaks a performance record on Leds network luminance.

Cree LED arrays claim highest lumen density performance

February 13, 2014

Three new LED arrays released by Cree, Inc. are claiming to redefine what is possible for LED lighting in high-intensity applications by doubling the light output of existing standard-density CXA LEDs arrays without increasing the size

Hello ,

I bought a led osram bulb
Here is what is written behind the packaging:

led star R50 40
4.2 W that lights up like an 40W
30 ° - 540 cd - 200 lm
4000K = cool white
Ra 80 (I do not know what it is)
instant ignition
25000 h = 24 years (approximately 2.7 hours / days)
220-240V -50-60Hz
E14
3 years warranty
No. under the barcode: 405289900943

that's it => http://www.amazon.de/Osram-entspricht-R ... B00CS2H9C0

it is therefore given to consume 4.2W, and it consumes 4.2W (with variations between 4.1W and 4.3W).

Little digging of the subject to signal that one of Xanlite XxX begins to show signs of fatigue (after almost 6 years): she just lost 4 Leds (on 48) ...

For now, I keep it because the lighting does not suffer too much ... to follow.
