Big brother by SMS: pay attention to your jokes!

by Christophe » 06/05/09, 19:02

It makes you think ... what scares me is not so much that a badger can read the SMS of others in all "impunity and anonymity" but that the cop "draws" so dry without any basis of proof! And that to know who to say thank you to ... : Evil:

France is indeed falling into a "democratic dictatorship" or "controlled democracy" to use a term dear to Putin ...

A bad joke that is very expensive

Dear reader,

Have you recently heard of Stéphane, a 29-year-old carpenter from Abbeville? His crime: having received an SMS from one of his friends with questionable humor on a mobile phone loaned by his operator. "To derail a train, do you have a solution?" Said the message, which was intercepted by one of Bouygues Telecom's employees and then transmitted to the authorities. Immediately afterwards, Stéphane was placed in police custody for 24 hours on the order of the prosecution for "non-reporting of the crime" and the author of the text was questioned and his home searched. But how could a joke in bad taste have such consequences? Despite the dark task that this will do to the reputation of the operator, the latter is trying to defend himself: “We do not have the right to be aware of the content exchanged by our customers. […] We don't know exactly what happened. He also announced that an internal investigation is currently being conducted to find out more about the conditions for becoming aware of the SMS. In any case, that leaves us wondering about the confidentiality of our communications ... It is not only on the Internet that we must be careful!

Good reading !

With our dear laptops "they" know where we are, with whom we joke, what we write, our address book ... we almost don't care full time, until the day when "they" commit the dumpling ....: Mrgreen:

To put a little panic in the ears of the big brother and make their work at least partially unusable, you just have to exchange your laptop and your bill (reimbursed in cash) with a friend. There is no more owner / user correspondence and there, the extracted / processed data is to be taken with tweezers : Mrgreen:

This case has been pinned down and is inaccurate.
----
A Buig subscriber gave his phone for repair at Buig's, who gave him a tentative phone pending repair.
The subscriber saw that there were messages recorded on this telephone. He consulted them.
Among these was this one. His blood made only one lap, because this subscriber is employed at the SNCF.
And right now we're stuffing them with security, bombings and ultra-left terrorists.
After a night of reflection, he decided to speak about it the next day to his chief, who decided in doubt to notify the police to check if it was serious. The sncf carried a handrail and a rapid follow-up was given.
Interrogation of the former user of the loaned telephone, and of the author of the message.
It turned out to be an SMS joke between friends. But the police acted quickly and brutally, hoping to finally keep the scoop of the terrorists of the ultra-left, of the great plot, we are all surrounded, we must watch the French even more ...
Still missed MAM!
On May XNUMX, it was the plainclothes police, disguised as hooded men, who cursed the gendarmes to degenerate the demonstrations ...

Mom, when do you resign?
