ACTA, the treaty that legalizes censorship on the internet!

by the middle » 26/01/12, 09:26

Officially, it's about protections
Wiki version:
If the ACTA treaty were to be applied, the internet as we know it today would be radically changed. The treaty excessively strengthens the power of copyright (or copyright, in this case the difference is insignificant), force Internet service providers to copyright, thereby making the hosting of content generated by users that can not be financially supported, it will put in place penalties for users who violate copyright, such as cutting their access to the internet after three warnings, and requiring that computer media be inspected at borders hard, mp3 drives, etc.). Those containing illegally downloaded copyrighted files would be destroyed, and their owners would be fined.

According to my wife, it is today that this international treaty would be signed.
But according to my companion revolutionary life, this treaty will muzzle many sites or blog, or system that offers the real information.
Also the info in real time.
ACTA... inform yourself, and seek the deep truth of this treatise.

If the project is accepted, new sanctions will be possible for the user who violates the copyright. For example, the risk of having access to the internet cut off by the service provider.

Do you think the Poles are fighting so hard to copy Michael Jackson?
There are plenty of anti ACTA protests in Poland.
I have no media info that I read every morning on the net, nor on TV ....

Acta is not a little story about movie copying or whatever.
That's why I draw your attention to this topic:
Here are some infos:
For Kader Arif, "everyone knows that the ACTA agreement poses a problem, whether it is about its impact on civil liberties, the responsibilities it imposes on Internet service providers, the consequences on the manufacture of generic medicines or the little protection it offers to our indications. geographical".

I wanted to watch the video from this link, no luck, "the adobe flash player plugin crashed!" bin let's see!
Another disturbing fact:
More than a year ago, in September 2010, the declassification of previously confidential documents revealed that the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) had been negotiated in secrecy, hidden in the depths of ministerial meetings. agriculture and fisheries.

The newscast talks about demonstrations, but never go out the word ACTA ...

for me, the link on the events works well after a double dose of advertising !!

So it's not censored for me, who does not understand anything about Poles, but we guess !!

Anyway, censorship works on econology too, when I copied a bit too much of a scientific copyright article, on Nature for example !! This gives Err 414 !!

So all sites censor;
google has done away with most of the books he gave before, even more than 100 years, impossible to copy the book Carnot 1822 on its principle!

So we come back to before internet, secret, pay dearly, even for the basic culture of humanity !!!

Enjoy wikipedia, because I think wikipedia will disappear eventually, it flows other encyclopedias.

Even Apple refuses to pay what we pay:

I do not think so. The encyclopedias are definitely past.

Just as for cars we do not return to gas, people are no longer interested in encyclopedias.

Nothing less, I have several old books including encyclopedies larousse, I can assure you that it happens to consult them to find old techniques.

Let's see what the future holds for us. Whoever thought it was 30 years ago that in the year 2000 we would come back to the stoves, that some would live voluntarily yurts, that others would do their laundry with the center or even Rainwater cistern would be a plusvalue for a building etc ....
I may use neither logs nor coal for a possible gasogene but certainly wood pellets.

To return to the internet, I made the habit of registering the pages that interest me. Which I have already done much service especially after the disappearance of the site.
