Hi-Fi FM transmitter!

by RV-P » 04/11/16, 20:02

- Hello.
- Today's topic is about modifying an FM transmitter that is useful for those who have a car radio in their car that does not allow reading USB sticks and memory cards! This is the case for me who owns an Opel Astra CDTI 2012 and do not want to change the car stereo! Fortunately, it has an accessory socket to enter a jack 3,5mm near the shifter!
- Here is the picture of one of these FM transmitters:

FM transmitter of the brand Heden.

- As I got mine in one of the recycling bins of "my" favorite supermarket, I did not hesitate a long time before "to put the hands in grease"! Here is the result :

Adding a power wire from a preamp.

The ex-input jack, turned into stereo sound output jack!

- Nothing has changed ! If so, you want to do the same thing, here is an explanatory doc:

- So, at work!
- Cordially.
