Picked up yesterday in my mailbox:

A free high debit alert that my bank debit had been refused with a redirection to a fake free page where I first had to enter my freebox password (then probably the credit card details) ...

After checking with my bank and calling free ... It's a fraudulent email ... Here is if it can be useful ...

Almost as old as the web ...

If this happens: it's credit card fraud and you are insured, your bank has to pay! But they rarely tell you ...

I remember having received a few crap phishing emails several times on free.

Never give back your codes, whether banking or even free identifiers.

Just when I make a "secure" online payment, I already don't like to put my codes ... :?

Just see the link by hovering it BEFORE clicking or viewing the source of the email ...

I say BEFORE because AFTER it's already too late: the link is "monitored" and your email goes to the SEMI pigeon database even if you don't fill out the form ...

hover over the link BEFORE you click, so what?

what happens if the form is not completed? Because obviously I clicked ... There: 1) there was a mistake in French (well I do too); 2) I have remembered this advice 1 times given that a serious organization never asks for bank details via an email ...
