ECOWATT 850 problem not detected

Hello,
I use the ECOWATT 850 for over a month now without worries (good radio communication, downloads via USB ok), finally almost ...
This day, I tried a download of the data ...
Elink hangs on "probe at com3" and "probe at com8" !!!
No progress bar, soft blocked ...
Obligation of the CTRL + ALT + SUP ...

So: re-install, etc., etc., nothing helps ...

Fortunately for you perhaps, but that does not suit you, you are not the only one but I believe that you should not do too much because the company "Chacon" is famous and serious.
She does not sell lab materials, but at least you were lucky enough to be able to use the data repatriation for a month, and that's not the case for everyone.

Since this post, the eLink software has been tested negatively on 2 other computers equipped with vista and Win7 not to mention linux (see other post)
It will probably work out and you still have the Ecowatt internal memory if you were busy with tests

Phew, this morning little idea: turn off the bluetooth of my laptop!
It works !
In fact, problem of recognition of the emulated serial port ... I find my little ones, my curves, my tendencies.
