... btw if PhpBB can offer that: could I suggest an english friendly access from an homepage with a true "language choice" in the near future. Because of all hand forum subjects and core architecture are in french (and Google can't solve this case by an automatic translation.)

No sorry, no language selection at the homepage, Econologie is a french website with an "english addon".

From this site:

we discover that phpBB engine offer this feature by a simple "user default" selection!

I known that function ...

Sorry at this moment, the answer is NO. The english part has to stay like an "addon" of this forum.

In a few months, we will see how it has grown ...

I agree with Christophe,

Econology must stay in French forum, although there are some (few) subjects written in English.

Everyone can do what he wants like this. Foreigners or Frenchies ...

I think it is the right choice.

I agree with Christophe too!
Forum is in french-language people.
But for "others" - You could give little part too!
:)
Andrew

PS
If You think that my idea is worth to "discuss" - I can made new "subject" on "english part" of Forum...

Everybody knows that this forum is in french language according to the huge part concerned by. I just don't know what we have to be against a feature that can help visitors to find good information inside a harsh structure for non-french people.

Giving this feature is not the whole of task, because later, the visitor have the painfull challenge trying to understand what the translation means via google dedicated tool or so.
