What do you have against you?
Yes, the instant yield has become good thanks to this improvement
Unfortunately, the heating body is old, a lot of losses and air leaks ... it's almost the end ... too bad, because this type of boiler is indestructible
In short, yes, I want you to pass me your .xls
Anyway, 118 Kw.h / m².an ... this old shack of 1973 still passes the RT2005 ... not so bad
If I replaced my old boiler with a recent blue flame type condensing boiler, I would reduce this figure by at least 25%
you wonder what I'm waiting for, huh? let's say that I charge a saving of around 400 € / years, against 5000 to spend immediately
but it is without counting without the split system that I came to install, wait for the end of the winter

Here I tried to do a calculation spreadsheet to see where everyone is with respect to these 4 normalizations BBC, it works also for the apartments.
The results are quite surprising and especially very disparate.
I based myself on:
a) climate zone and altitude = H1b and 400m = coef. of 1.4.
b) surface of the dwelling (this is the SHON in fact) = 170m²
c) energy consumption: electricity, fossils and wood = 4000 kWh and 3 Tons of wood briquettes or pellets (4.5 kWh / kg)
It's based on the synthetic table BBC labels and standards above.
And here are the results:
Notes:
(...at
I just noticed that I had not yet released the xls.
Here it is: https://www.econologie.info/share/partag ... A4Rb0S.xls
If someone wanted to take a few minutes to see if it's ok (background and form). Good fun!
Goods.

Hello
Without looking at your Xls, would you like to put the RT 2012 stp?
Hey, everything on RT including RT 2012 applicable from today for public buildings, all new construction, because even if the deadline is only from 2011, nobody wants to take the risk anymore to build "outdated"

It's not new and it legitimizes nuclear power and the mess.

Re: Standards and labels: BBC or Passive House? Who says what?
Hello,
It is true that in the fields of design
The investment / operation ratio tends towards a direct source of electric heating given the low consumption of RT2012 buildings.
What is still holding investors back are the Effinergie labels which call for renewable energy sources and a low carbon building (materials among others)

Yes it's not bad, but we realize that double flow systems for small flows consume a lot of electricity with their 2 motors, if in addition you add a heat pump inside, the results will be less good, but you can do some refreshment

Re: Standards and labels: BBC or Passive House? Who says what?
Given the recurring heat waves that we now have every year ... what about the air conditioning needs of passive houses?
RT2005 and RT2020 and the Effinergie and Minergie labels take into account cooling needs, not the passiv haus label ...
But it is undoubtedly "included" in all energy consumption ...
I fear that with heatwaves, some passive houses will no longer be used and that the use of air conditioning a few weeks a year is an obligation ...
