I therefore invite future buyers to come and consult us here. These tips are 100% free with no commercial backlash behind!

It is best to have some photos of the accommodation and a scan or photo of the results of the ECD.

I have just had a DPE done to put together my PV subsidy file. Result: dismal! Style efficiency of an insert: 26,6%, error in the surfaces, the "expert" stayed 5 minutes at my place, left with a plan, put all this in the shake up of the computer and I paid 130 €.

Ok then already thank you for this comment which confirms that the profession of DPE is stuffed with margoullins (dixit Complément d'Enquête)

I think that the duration of the visit is important and a good indication of the competence of the diagnostician: 45 min is the duration accepted by the profession to make a CORRECT diagnosis.

Even though 45 min I find it even "short" ... well it depends on the complexity of the house obviously.

What qualifications (diploma, professional experience) are required in France? In Belgium, the compulsory appraisals are obligatorily made by architects, architectural engineers, industrial engineers of civil constructions (Bac + 4) or people who can justify 10 years of professional experience in a company linked to energy (heating, insulation)
The report is about XNUMX pages long and is edited by standard software. Measuring alone is already a job.

None according to the documentary from last night, to see here: https://www.econologie.com/forums/complement ... t8857.html

On the other hand, having a "big mouth" of commercial and especially no professional conscience can greatly help! : Mrgreen:

I am recovering the report in stream, I will put it on the EconoTV asap ... you will tear your hair out : Cheesy:

Although anyone can open a design office, I can hardly believe that an official document can be drawn up by a non-graduate.

Yeah ... I think I'm going to change jobs and move to France : Mrgreen:

In the Walloon region, not only must the experts be qualified and trained, but in addition, the audits are centralized and can be verified by the Region.
They are on the other hand expensive: 4 to 600 euros for an average house of which 40 or 60% taken care of in the form of premiums (therefore, the owner goes through the authorized auditors to touch the premium)
The auditor is strictly prohibited from recommending a supplier to perform the work.
(although nothing prevents them from "warning" a friend, who must all the same (you saw, Christophe, I made an effort :D ) compete.)

Once again, the French business mentality resurfaces: we do business above all to make money ... : Evil:
