In this case the orgone you will have no trouble finding software to help the thermal balance ...

I'm going to put some on downloads this afternoon.

In the meantime you can read this:

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xfexfh ... 10-10_news

Interview with Benoist Apparu, Secretary of State for Housing. Interview with Laurent Vimont, President of Century 21 France. Benoist Apparu presented a bill providing for the obligation for real estate agencies to display the energy performance diagnostic on their sale or rental advertisements. explanations

Since 2007, it was already compulsory but not in "public" display.

Moreover, there is a lot of "shenanigans" on this subject, see the Additional Survey on the subject:
https://www.econologie.com/dpe-en-france ... -4163.html
(corresponding subject: https://www.econologie.com/forums/complement ... t8857.html )

Another video in brief:

See also, in case of doubt about a DPE: https://www.econologie.com/forums/dpe-doutes ... t8860.html

With an obligation on the advertisements at 1/2011 (before that was passed as a secondary criterion); I think the shenanigans will fly away ... : Evil:

Around my house I see a lot of houses and apartments under construction or barely finished which, in concrete blocks and thermal bridges, will see their ECD tumble instantly due to their insufficient insulation !!
And yet they sold like hotcakes !!

See the TV reports on the DPE of the same house with variable pifometer according to the knowledge of the diagnostician trained in 3 days !!

question to captain and the others too.

I am in the same case as orgone except that it is a house.
For 4 years, depending on the budget, I have been doing insulation and other work to lower the heating bill. In 4 years I managed to lower it by 2500kwh. Except that the winters are not identical.
example winter 2009/2010 heating period longer than the other 3.
So is there a way to calculate the consumption per heating period as a function of winter.

yes sir :D

We must compare the seasons with the Unified Degree Days provided by COSTIC

we talked about it somewhere on the forum... here https://www.econologie.com/forums/calcul-de- ... t9752.html

and there: https://www.econologie.com/forums/dju-france ... t7411.html

It is a compulsory discipline to compare consumption over 3 years, which real estate diagnosticians do not generally know how to do.

Quite Maloche ...

Besides, I am surprised by your question:

jessle wrote:So is there a way to calculate the consumption per heating period as a function of winter.

... because you already asked me for an example of DJU for Alsace in MP (and I gave you one) ...

This revives the debate which defends the idea (which is my opinion) that it is better to give a DPE in kWh / m².DJU than in kWh / m².year because the / DJU takes into account the real local climate... but like most real estate agents already don't know exactly what a kWh is so ... a DJU ... well jme say it's not won : Cheesy:

Attention the DJUs are calculated for a given internal T °, 19 ° C by definition it seems to me. The 2 definitions are given in the link recalled by Maloche.

In 2008, if I remember correctly, I downloaded the DCL 3CL v15 calculation software for free, it dates from 2006.

I do not know if it is still valid, but by doing so, it tells me a consumption higher than 800 kw than what I actually consume.

I specify that I live in Brittany, and I have rather 20 ° C in my room of life located in the south.

Here it is:
