This is why rainwater meters are (shouldn't be?) Installed only to account for uses "internal" to the home, but they never count the outside ... logic to that.

As for those who water the garden city with water, it is heresy, too bad for them! :frown:

But unfortunately in town, when you have a small garden like mine (x 6 8 m²) very planted may not have much choice. In town it is not possible to have a water supply and a water supply agricultural non-potable.

Long live the countryside and large land ...

not necessarily: at my house there is a tank of more than 14 m3 in the cellar (it's really a room!). It was very common in Belgium before 1950.
It is sadly disused because there were cracks and the owner did not want to charge.

If you have a gutter and you're in a climatic zone without great period of aridity, a tank to 300 500 liters is more than enough ...

yes, a narrow tank can be put, like we talked about it a few days ago about a question about a tank placed in a cellar. A pretty wooden trellis, vine or wisteria or ivy before, and presto! :D

Bonjour,

more news of Mr frenchkiss .. ???

because I was expecting some clarification from him on the above points ...

So when he says:

frenchkiss wrote:I claim to know it,

frenchkiss wrote:Therefore, call on specialists

frenchkiss wrote:A ta available to XXXXXXXXXX if you want to talk in detail.
And attention to fanciful suggestions!

frenchkiss wrote:Hence the importance of choosing well ....

ben ..... I expect some non fanciful details specialist, although I wonder what specialty he has in the area of rainwater since Mr frenchkiss tell me if I'm wrong, but your main domain the rest would be said computer ...
(when you register [voluntarily!] "consultant" on your profile, it is a consultant in computer science or in rainwater ... ???)

thank you for your clarification ...

for the rest, I totally agree with everything that is written on each post on this page 3 .....
:D

Re,

I know I am not required .... : Cheesy:

simply, after being treated in this way and wanting to teach me a lesson on these subjects, I think I can afford to claim a little more "consistency" in the arguments that are opposed to me to know what about what I could have been wrong ....
(Me too it happens to be wrong on my subjects ....)

without knowing, I do not know what it's all about ...

if we want to lecture me ... no problem, provided you have what it takes for that ....
so, I expect to see to know ....

and then either they are silent ... or we assume mistakes ....
(But you should know that like me most, in this case, the only way to take is to remain silent and to be forgotten ....)

cordially

NB: if we consider that it is not justified to demand clarification me ... you can always delete these posts 2 ....

Yet it is the basis of learning.

As I often say, I do not call myself Lipton, I do not have science infused ... : Mrgreen:
