before manufacturing, even with a ladle, I have to estimate a power according to the average diameter and the intensity, and there is no gain ...

Well precisely: weight, inertia, that's what we want to avoid for a wheel, even if the volume can be considered sufficient!

I know this project well that I studied: as already mentioned, by tilting the wires it greatly simplifies the winding but to the detriment
    - an inclination of the resulting force, which decreases the torque
    - a partial exit of the wire outside the zone of the magnetic field of the permanent magnets
The combination of the 2 can explain its weaker torque than expected ...

The 'coreless' or 'ironless' are the densest designs in several ways. Your link allowed me to access thereof which describes well the interest of the design even though they have not implemented a Halbach arrangement!

Thank you for this remark even if it is not necessarily justified ^^
In my 3D, I made every effort (as on the one at the angle of the link!) To pass the threads from front to back, which generates crossings and prevents me from tightening them more, and in addition weakens the 'sheet 'which serves as a support and stator.
But I have room outside the area scanned by the magnets! I should therefore be able to leave the wire on the same side (and go down again facing the reverse pole) and suddenly tighten them twice more, while keeping a series of wires on each side of course!
The analysis of what exists is both necessary and interesting, but we should not get bogged down in it : Cheesy:

To increase the number of conductors, I don't think Litz's wire, intended for high frequencies, has any use in this kind of motor.
