what do you mean?

because I have always heard that a generator type engine, finally at steady state, saw the reactor at the exhaust outlet at T ° C stable, and that it was easy to work with a stable T ° C?

Maybe in diesel it makes a difference with the results you saw on GE essence?

The small groups are often gasoline (even for the 2T mix) but most large industrial groups are diesel, oil or even heavy fuel / marine.

yes but the thing is like that must be a reason!
in any case 10cm it may not be much but it chuaffe quickly, and a lot!
if it was +, it would take more time to heat, on the other hand there would be more inertia?

you can try 12 or 15 cm if you want, but I advise you to follow the plans ;-)

what do you use as metal? stainless steel? scrap?

for the stainless steel reactor and for the rest I do not know yet it will depend on the price announced by my dealer knowing that I do not have a big budget I think the bubbler will be steel

[Small metallurgy fashion mode ON]
Just for Info, be careful when working (cutting, welding, grinding ...) your stainless steel not to use a carbon disc (in other words intended for all "donkey shoeing steels" such as basic scrap) because in in this case, your stainless steel will rust as quickly as steel.
Likewise when you work your steel. Be careful to protect the stainless steel, which can be around, against sparks for example. Same cause, same punishment ...

what do you use as a record?

if not for rust, in the bubbler scrap you will not be very important.
for the outside it is necessary to paint type pot exhaust.

It is not for the bubbler the problem, he will rust anyway. Often people are not careful, they take a stainless steel pipe, cut it with the grinder that has remained on the workbench since the last cut and forward. Then they say "this stainless steel is shit, another thing that comes from China".

You just need stainless discs.

Hello

Made a system similar to the assembly No 42
a rod of 100mm is too short, from 150 to 200mm preferable
the construction of the No22 assembly is very neat it is a model to follow
the layout of the components of the model No36 and more efficient
magré the rusticity of the assembly, the yield is good
The SPAD system is not the best, the design has been adapted for easy manufacturing, not always in the search for the best performance (at least it may be less performance at the average load)
