There was already a file in S&V ... but I can't find it anymore.

I found this against:
https://www.econologie.com/refroidir-la- ... -3412.html
https://www.econologie.com/la-geoingenie ... -3413.html

It's science fiction.
Who will pay?

But it is well in the habit and way of thinking of the man of the 20ieme century: especially not to do preventive but curative.

As it can be charged 2 times ... : Evil:

So on this subject the debate is as much sociological and philosophical as technological!

: Shock: and how are we going to see that we do not know anything!
- no real decline.
- no similar situation in the past (consumption of Co2).
- is the current situation superimposed on the "normal" situation?

In short, the only thing we can do at our scale of small harmful worms : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen: ... is to become aware and limit the damage, as much as possible since we do not even know if there is still time ...

Once again a "scientist" approach to the problem ....
Here is a video of David Keith on geoengineering (already posted following a subject on the "chemtrail")

Always more control over nature ...

Should those who govern us go to Aikido!
Use the forces of nature rather than try to counter them : Evil:

If there has been the extinction of the permian 250 M years ago, (95% of marine species extinct, much more than that of dinos) which had been according to "good hypotheses" initiated by massive volcanic erruptions (therefore a lot of CO2 ...) and the runaway had been made by gas hydrates ...

It is precisely in the same case except that the CO2 is anthropogenic ...

Several geoengineering experiments have been done, including ocean seeding with iron sulphate (SOFeX experiment) in the South Pacific ... almost no result.

This is bullshit all this stuff ... even assuming it works, it would cost a fortune! Now can we talk about cost when it comes to "saving a climate"? Some would definitely say yes!

These credits should be put in the non-generation of GHGs ...

See the video I put in link above, David Keith speaks about a cost of about 0,001% of GNP!
At such a cost the choice between changing technology and move to 100% renewable (a cost of about 300 billion euros for France) and a scientist project of a few billion for the .... World, the decision will be taken quickly.
In addition, this type of project will call on "chemical tankers" (therefore even more money for them) without changing current technologies.
it's scary.

Yes I see the genre ... but it's "funny" to talk about cost about Science Fiction ...
