That's the problem with numbers. We can deduce everything and understand its opposite. One hit from Facebook / Twitter / media and it's total anarchy

I could try it. It will remind me of my first solex. Only good memories

Offshore wind power: Beijing will cut subsidies from 2022
The Chinese government continues to withdraw from financial support for renewable energy. After the reduction in solar subsidies last year, justified by the rapid decrease in the costs of photovoltaic technology, Beijing is already working on a calendar for offshore wind power. State financial aid for the new offshore parks could disappear from 2022.

... which is completely normal and not only in China. Either a sector becomes mature and it must naturally lose the subsidies which helped it become so, or it does not progress in which case it is necessary to move on to something else.
In Europe we are not today not very far from maturity for new projects in areas "favorable" for offshore (shallow depth, good wind), you still need a "safety net" (a minimum purchase price, a contract for difference, ...), but which costs the community less and less. In China I don't really know how it goes.

I do not find it "normal" that in times of energy transition we stop supporting an alternative sector for whatever reason. Especially that at the same time ... *. But that's only my opinion.

I do not sit on the central committee, but it is not written in your article "we cease". It is written "sabrera", which is a journalistic term of which no one today knows the amplitude in 2022 announced deadline.
