By reducing production (from 100 to 80% for example), employees are always useful ...

After that, but it looks like you missed the post:

Christophe wrote:Yes I forked, I should have said "reduce" production and not shut it down completely.

That will NOT pose a problem of employment ... it will bring a little less to the shareholders of the refinery ...

Is it the same type of pollution as at home in Auvergne?

Only when he has brought down the last tree, the last river contaminated, the last fish caught that man will realize that money is not edible (Indian MOHAWK).

Not apparently they are fine particles in belgium (therefore from bad combustion wood, coal or fuel transport or industrial activity)

the same in Alsace we reach the level of alert 125 microgamme at strasbourg

speed limitation to 70 km / h instead of 90

here is a piece of article on what to do

the ministerial circular of 12 october recommends limiting the use of diesel vehicles without particle filters and transit road transport, to avoid heating by wood or coal. Industrial emitters are encouraged to reduce emissions of particulate matter and carbon oxides, as well as to limit recreational activities that generate particles (for example, fireworks or public motorsport events).

me it's my resolutions
good I stop heating wood, good for the 24 decembre otherwise the father Christmas will burn the fe ....,
the car it goes down does not start anymore
fireworks blah

but to bike by -7 degree must be frosted in the brain
