each year we emit around 35 Gt of CO2 for an increase of 2 ppm. If you lower the emissions by 10%, it will only remove 0,2 ppm. If you wanted to gain 1 ppm per year, you would have to cut emissions in half. It is not won, and in addition it would not be enough, since at the end it is necessary to arrive at ZERO fossils.
