ÖKOfen calculation Flow temp See setpoint

by jmproneau » 04/01/23, 15:11

Hello,

On Pellematic compact 18KW with pellematic touch (Insulated 1900 house, Eure, 11 radiators, 200m2)
In the water law adjustment phase (no ambient influence)
I never manage to find by calculation the figure of the T° Setpoint departure Cf . Thus: in a well-stabilized regime:
Water law: 31,5 and 1,1
Outdoor temp 13,9
Comfort temp 20,6 (auto mode), measured 20,3
Flow setpoint temp Cf: 33,9 (measured 33,7)
When I do the intuitive (dumb?) calculation: Starting setpoint T° = 31,5 + 1,1*(20,6-13,9)=38,9.
I always find about 5° above the boiler flow setpoint temperature.
Does anyone have any light on this subject?
I attach a graph file.

Hello,

I have a Pellematic compact 14KW with pellematic touch.
After a few hours of research and calculations, I found a formula that so far in my case works pretty well:

Flow Setpoint Temp = - Slope *(T Ext-13,5)+Foot-1,5 + ((Int Temp Setpoint-18,5)*(1+Slope)) + (Int Probe Factor*(Int Temp- Setpoint Int Temp))

Whew! It can't be invented!..... Congratulations for this work.!
it looks like a classical principle modified empirically...
I will make a small excel table to follow according to my water law (32°, 1,1)
Thanks again!!
