- one of the offers is a indoor unit ; I suppose that it arises in addition to an external unit, in the case of a so-called "split" installation; a priori, it is a "bare" unit, intended for integration into ducts, etc ...

- the second is an air / water pump: the calories pumped into the outside air are returned to a water circuit; useful if you want to heat through a radiaterus circuit or, as indicated, heat the domestic hot water ...

I just see that it's two completely different things. And I would be wary like the plague of these "we" who advise you that!
