Hello
I have lots of photos of light fuel burner mod for this type of application I can provide them on request.
I know this technique very well because I have been driving heavy fuel boilers for 7 years.
but for combustion it is the same as the venturi burner (just removing the pump) and it is not great on small power
I see that you are quite interested in burners of all types, so I allow myself to unearth one of my post which has never found any interest (may be because poorly known) but I think that there is frankly something to do with oil

you should first know what temperature it takes
to make a frost protection the copper winding wire is very suitable
to heat heavy fuel oil, it's more doubtful
the winding wire around a pipe has nothing to do with induction: it is only resistance
for a higher temperature I prefer a resistance in a stainless steel tube, like the cumulus or washing machine resistance, and pass the fuel around
ideal is a straight stainless steel armored resistor, threaded into the fuel tube

Uh ... Master laboule, you could not use a heating circuit which would recover part of the calories produced by the combustion of the fuel in second resort, the electric would then be used only for the preheating of the oil, No?

For the calculation of a resistance, see here for example:
