Mitsubishi sm71VJA air conditioning fault

Hello,
a problem with my air conditioning,
I come to do a check: he puts me (on the remote control) tube: -6° then -3° then 0° then 3° then 6° then 3° and came back and remained at 3°
on the indoor unit, on the small tube I measure 6° and on the other 22°
out of the mouth I have ~ 20°, air inlet 27°

can you please help me to diagnose the problem, that i can test at my level
please
