It is not because the rivers overflow that the water tables are recharged.
But hey, we understood that the purpose of these basins is to take people for idiots.

To find out, you have to look at the piezometric state of the region...

Water is everywhere in our countries, we throw it into the sea in whole rivers.
You just have to manage it well.
Ecologists would live in deserts that they would try to show us that sand is precious. Between the non-understanding who believe in it and the misinformation in the service of the green dictatorship, there is nothing to draw from it.

2023 is likely to be worse than 2022 (already quite catastrophic…) but all is well climate change does not exist (on Wall Street)…
