Question:
The water in the water table is at 8/10°C and protected from the air and the sun.
In a store on the surface and exposed to the sun, the temperature will rise to around 30/40°C, or even....
Be about 50% of the amount of water will evaporate? Henry's Law, you know?
Of course the laws that allow this were voted on in secret and by 10 or 20 participants, no info, except after when everything is done (a bit like the laws of family reunification which allows people to change ...... .Misere this country)

I don't see what Henry's Law has to do with this...
As for the 50%, on the basis of what assumptions are they established?

The state no longer even supports the producers of our food and gives pride of place to "eco-terrorists"...

To the patented misinformant Zizi:

Your criticism in no way corresponds to the article by whistleblower Trotta.

When you understand that the reserves exist naturally underground, that they are where they are, that we can take from them when they are not in deficit, that they belong to everyone and that therefore the basins are useless for ANYTHING, you will (perhaps) stop trying to "prove" that 1+1 makes 3 and defend rogue industrialists, scumbags, polluting thieves... Basins are capture of the common heritage for the benefit of associations of criminals/evildoers.

You are one of the obscurantists that you denounce in your signature by not even trying to understand the root of the problem. : Shock: : roll:

The problem is chronological.

If the tablecloths are full, so are the basins! But when summer arrives and the “other” has pumped his basin, it’s over (in principle).
At this time, the surface of the basin will slow down the filling of the water tables, but the water pumped will no longer be pumped by the "other".
Basins should be authorized after and only after a local serous rainfall study.
